Customer Service Level Agreement, Complaints and Escalations Handling
dotNice is committed to providing high quality Customer Service and we aim to resolve complaints quickly, fairly and efficiently.
If you are a Registered Domain Name Holder with an account or domain question please send your request to the Global Customer Support via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your designated Account Manager. They will respond to your email within a few hours and no more than 3 business days.
If you are a Registered Domain Name Holder and would like to notify us of your complaint related to Registrar Services please contact us via email at email@example.com. Legitimate complaints and disputes involving Registrar Services will be addressed and responded to accordingly. We will respond to your email within 3 business days.
dotNice have established an escalation team comprising managers from each department. On receipt of a customer complaint via email, an email is sent to all members of this team. A member of the team will accept the query and respond to it within 3 hours indicating that the issue is being addressed or investigated as appropriate. All frontline customer service team members have been made aware of the escalation procedure in the event a customer service query needs to be raised with a member of this team. All members of the team are copied on any correspondence in relation to the issue until it has been closed off.

If an order is cancelled before it has been submitted by dotNice to a filing office or registry, dotNice will refund the total amount less a service fee. If you cancel your order after we have already submitted it, we will use our discretion to determine what portion, if any, we can refund; in such an instance dotNice won’t have any contractual obligation to provide a refund, such a decision will be fully discretionary and won’t be proof of any stable refund policy of the company.
